This is a newly created role for a prominent global luxury house.
As a right-hand-man to the General Manager, this role will manage the transformation and sales of the luxury division across all channels, ensuring the delivery of a 3-year plan and radical scaling of the business. You will partner with various departments to re-define requirements and new capabilities to increase efficiencies and increased quality of output; and collaborate with other regional sales directors to ensure global alignment and sharing of best practices as new regions adopt new capabilities. This role supports the execution of all sales strategies and initiatives from scheduling and event coordination to cataloguing and press and media. Global business development initiatives will also be part of this role.
We are looking for an independent and driven individual with solid understanding of the high net worth network. Experience in business transformation would be beneficial. This role requires outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as being a creative problem-solver. In addition, we are also looking for:
Resilience to work under pressure within a matrix of projects
Language fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin a plus
