The Existing Business teams drive long term growth for the client by retaining and growing existing relationships with advertising partners. As a Senior Manager, you are responsible for hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of Account Strategists’ Managers and Agency partners to surpass revenue goals and minimize advertiser churn. You combine deep product and industry knowledge with strong client and people management instincts. This position will be strategic in introducing areas of efficiency and impact to the team, will partner with Agencies and client’s leadership to grow key partners and find new areas of opportunity, and will work closely with product to further develop and iterate upon our technology and future offerings within the Commerce Media Platform strategy.
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of Account Strategists’ managers and Agency Partners, assume financial responsibility for the management and growth of existing Agency advertisers.
Establish deep relationships with agencies and their affiliated programmatic and data-driven providers/products and secure meetings with S-level marketers for the largest agencies in region.
Represent the company as thought leader at relevant regional industry events.
Providing situational coaching when appropriate.
Sharing and highlighting relevant business updates gathered from supporting and partner teams
Identify strengths and areas of development; execute performance management to ensure skill development and facilitate growth
Ensure proper introductory training and ongoing learning of the team to ensure full understanding of company's product suite, features, value proposition, and differentiating traits vs competitive landscape.
Evangelize the company value proposition and solution sell company offerings by homing in on client and industry specific needs, challenges, and trends.
Work collaboratively with partners in technical solutions, creative services, data science and sales to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
Contribute positively to the strategy, execution, and culture of the company Latam Agency Account Strategy organization.
Deliver upon expected new business results quarterly, annually, by team member and aggregate team goals.
Manage Agency’s financial incentive plans, acting as advisor and facilitator for the team commercially.
Who You Are?
8+ years proven agency solution Account Management, Account Strategy, Customer Success, or Client Services experience gained in a digital, technology driven, product forward environment across Latin America region.
3+ years leading a high performing client success team, in a solution-oriented culture.
Fluent in English.
Experience relaying information up to leadership and across the team that is contextually relevant, strategic and solutions oriented where necessary.
Extensive S-level agency direct partnership and strategy experience.
Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
Resolute and confident decision-making skills
Experience on planning, negotiations, and execution of annual commercial agency deals.
Interested in identifying, mapping, and modelling new revenue streams for the company – including growth across non-traditional categories, agencies, agency trading desk models.
Passion for interactive media and performance-based advertising, including strong knowledge of and experience selling CPC, SEM, programmatic ad data-driven acquisition advertising.
Understanding of related technologies and technology providers, including site tagging, ad serving, DMP, attribution and CRM.
