A vibrant global brand consultancy is looking for a Client Engagement Director. They are a market leader in building brand and customer experiences, and has had great success in customer engagement. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan and will be an account manager for a prominent client, partnering with them to create opportunities for both your employer and the client.
You will be responsible for:
Leading a good team
Building long-standing and strong relationships with the client
Leading pitches, offer innovative ideas and creativity
Work with the client’s business leaders, while understanding their challenges, find new ways to inspire and help them grow
Leading the client’s annual planning process, profitability and targets
Key requirements:
Degree qualification
Minimum 12 years account management experience gained from multinational integrated agencies
Industry exposure in FMCG, Retail, F&B
Outstanding track record of strong client relationships
Language fluency and excellent presentation skills in both Japanese and English
