What you’ll do
Evangelize the Retail Media platform value proposition to some of the world’s largest retailers and ecommerce businesses
Develop new commercial relationships with leading e-commerce retail players in North America
Solution sell the Retail Media offerings by honing in on client needs / challenges and industry trends within onsite and offsite monetization
Lead contractual and integration discussions with the client’s commercial, technical and legal teams
Spearhead the development of and dialogue around complex, custom solutions for clients with assistance from Technical Solutions, Analytics and Product teams.
Partner with a broad range of internal teams (marketing, legal, brand sales, products, R&D, technical Solutions) to support sales efforts
Hit quarterly and annual activation and growth targets
Persevere, think big picture work for mutually beneficial technology integration
Play an ongoing role as a builder of the company's brand and community
Who you are
6+ years of senior-level e-commerce retail, digital media, or advertising technology experience, ideally with retail media, search, or display product experience
Proven experience in developing new relationships, partnerships, and growing new business in a complex, data-driven environment
Extensive consultative sales experience selling, negotiating and delivering multiplatform technology or similar
Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an organization
Passionate about new media technology and how the company can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
Understand the local and international media landscape and the company's position in it
Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry and retail/ecommerce environment
Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
Ability to work in a fast-moving company and growing industry
A highly motivated team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
