An international insurance company is now looking for a strong Digital Product Owner to develop the end-to-end vision for the product portfolio across customer, distribution, and employee experience. The aim is to maximize the business value of digital products.
This professional will be responsible for:
- Acting as the central owner of all capabilities and features for digital products to deliver business value and achieve key KPIs
- Keep the product updated with latest features according to technology and market trends, as well as stakeholder feedback
- Rolling out all digital applications and enabling the usage and adoption of digital applications
- Understands the customer needs and define the customer journey and process flow
- Planning the product release schedule and backlog
- Communicating the product vision to stakeholders and ensuring the product roadmap meets the business strategy
The essential requirements for this vacancy, which will be evaluated during the selection process:
- University degree holder, preferably in business administration, MIS, Systems and Operations Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of product or program management experience in a complex business environment
- In-depth understanding of the product vision aligned with the business needs
- Previous experience in designing and developing end to end digital solutions
- Agile experience and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Solid decision-making and ability to reduce bottlenecks to increase work flow and productivity
- Good knowledge of digital, data and AI for driving business transformation
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams with support from agile coach and scrum master
- Certified product owner, scrum master, PMI Agile, Lean Six Sigma, portfolio management, agile methodologies, design thinking and UX research a strong plus
