An innovative fintech company is now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager as the key owner of all online brand-building and activity.
This professional will be responsible for:
• Oversee all aspects of the company's online presence from planning to execution, reviewing the analytics and conversion and coming up with coherent data-driven digital plans
• Set up campaigns using marketing automation platforms, plan A/B testing and conversion and optimization strategies
• Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs and make strategic recommendations
• Develop the corporate website, social media, and all digital platforms - work with content partners to produce relevant and engaging content
• Plan and communicate with the team and key stakeholders in alignment with the business strategy
• Manage a small team in a flat and agile structure
The essential requirements for this vacancy, which will be evaluated during the selection process:
• University degree holder preferably in Business or Marketing, with at least 6+ years of relevant work experience in digital (SEO, performance marketing, analytics)
• Able to work in an agile and lean office with a lot of autonomy, managing a small team
• Good experience working with agencies and vendors
• Experience working in a fast-paced and agile enviroment, being hands-on yet also strategic
• Strong attention to detail and data-oriented
• Familiar with marketing automation platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills in English (additional Asian languages an advantage)
• Flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity and change
