Dr. Chucri Zaidan, 1550 – cj. 401 – Vila Cordeiro, Zip Code 04583-110, enrolled with CNPJ (National Corporate Taxpayers' Register) under number 20.316.791/0001-70, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information which identifies or may identify (“Personal Data”) representatives of their customers and suppliers (the “Representatives”).
This Privacy Notice describes how Trend Recruitment collects and uses Representative Personal Data. When submitting your Personal Data to Trend Recruitment, it is important that the Representative reads this Privacy Notice so that they are aware of how and for what purposes Trend Recruitment is using their Personal Data. This Privacy Notice also informs the Representative of their rights with regard to the protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 13.709/18, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Trend Recruitment, like its customers, is the Controller of the Processing of the Personal Data of its applicants, being therefore responsible for deciding to use their collected Personal Data.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY TREND RECRUITMENT
The data collected for the purposes of recruiting and selecting applicants, as a rule, is that contained in the CVs sent to Trend Recruitment by the holders themselves. In addition, during the selection process, we may ask for the following data:
Date of birth;
Professional experience; and
In addition to this data, we collect data considered sensitive, such as the candidate is a person with a disability.
It is possible that applicants are minors, when this happens, the processing of Personal Data, carried out by Trend Recruitment, will be carried out in their best interest. Trend Recruitment only collects or processes Personal Data from teenagers to fulfill appropriate purposes and as strictly necessary for their participation in the selection process, as required by applicable law.
3. HOW TREND RECRUITMENT WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Trend Recruitment will use your Personal Data to form a talent pool, ensure your participation in the selection process and contact you. In addition, your Personal Data may be used to search for professional references of people you indicate. If you choose not to provide your Personal Data, Trend Recruitment will not be able to serve these purposes.
Your Personal Data will be stored securely in its own database, which will comply with current information security standards.
4. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal Data being processed for the aforementioned purposes will be kept in accordance with the principles of purpose, adequacy and necessity and, in any case, Trend Recruitment will retain your Personal Data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes that justified its Processing, that is, for as long as the applicant's interest remains.
For better understanding, after one (01) year of applicant inactivity, we will send an email asking if they are interested in keeping their data on the platform. If the applicant does not respond, we will delete their data through secure disposal methods.
5. PERSONAL DATA SHARING
Personal Data collected by Trend Recruitment may be shared with our customers as part of the selection process in which you can participate.
Also, like any other company, Trend Recruitment relies on service providers to manage and support, at its own expense and order, certain aspects of its operations.
These service providers may be located in Brazil or in other countries and may provide services such as data hosting, IT and cloud computing services, customer support, among other activities. Our service providers are contractually obligated to adequately safeguard any Personal Data they receive from Trend Recruitment and are prohibited from using Personal Data for any purpose other than performing the services under their responsibility as instructed by Trend Recruitment.
Trend Recruitment may also share Personal Data when it believes in good faith that it has an obligation to: (i) comply with a law, regulation or court order; (ii) respond to requests for information made by regulatory bodies, police authorities and other public authorities, including in cases relating to national security; (iii) enforce and/or protect Trend Recruitment's or third-party property or rights.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Personal Data will be processed essentially in Brazil and may be stored on servers located in Brazil, the European Union or the USA.
In the event of data transfer to other countries, Trend Recruitment will adopt the measures established by applicable legislation to ensure that Personal Data is adequately protected.
7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER DATA PROTECTION LAWS
As applicant and Subject of Personal Data processed by Trend Recruitment, you have the right to obtain, at any time and upon request, the following rights set forth in articles 17 to 22 of the LGPD:
Request access to your Personal Data, through a full copy of the information we have about you, the source of how it was obtained and the respective processing;
Request correction or update your Personal Data if you find it incomplete, incorrect or out of date;
If you consider that your Personal Data used by Trend Recruitment is excessive for us to achieve the purposes or Trend Recruitment is not complying with what the LGPD determines, you can request anonymization, blocking or deletion of this data; and
Request information from public or private entities that Trend Recruitment may have shared your data with.
It is important that Trend Recruitment maintains accurate and up-to-date Personal Data of Representatives. Also, keep Trend Recruitment informed if your Personal Data changes during the provision of the service. Also, because Trend Recruitment may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity and guarantee your right to access the Personal Data of the Representative (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to anyone who is not entitled to receive it.
TheHolder is responsible for the information, including Personal Data, made available to Trend Recruitment either directly or through the submission of documents.
The Holder declares that the Personal Data provided is complete, truthful and up-to-date, and does not violate any third-party rights or applicable legal regulations.
If the above statements are not entirely correct and/or the obligations assumed herein are not properly fulfilled, the Representative is exclusively and fully responsible for any damages caused to the Company or any third parties.
Trend Recruitment and the Representative elect the Courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil in the event of any dispute in relation to this Privacy Notice.
9. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER INFORMATION

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may update this Privacy Notice at any time, but if we do so, Trend Recruitment will share an updated copy of this Privacy Notice with the Representative as soon as possible.
